SHIPPING OPTIONS

We offer two shipping options — Standard and Express — available at checkout. Each option includes different estimated delivery timeframes and pricing. Please review the available options at checkout before completing your purchase.


PROCESSING TIMES

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of purchase. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

While delivery times vary depending on your selected shipping method and destination, most orders arrive within 7–15 working days of dispatch. You will be able to monitor your shipment in real time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.


DELAYS BEYOND OUR CONTROL

While we make every effort to fulfil and deliver orders on time, certain circumstances may cause unexpected delays. These include, but are not limited to:

ORDER CANCELLATIONS AND MODIFICATIONS

Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled while in transit. If your order has already shipped, please wait until the package has been officially delivered before initiating a return, in accordance with our Return Policy [LINK].


LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at info@exhaly.net. We will coordinate with the carrier to investigate and work toward a resolution to ensure you receive your order.


INCORRECT ADDRESSES

It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you will be responsible for any reshipping costs or related fees incurred.
