RETURN WINDOW
We have a 180-day return policy, which means you have 180 days after receiving your item to request a return.
ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unopened, in the same condition as received
- In its original sealed packaging with all tags and accessories intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or valid proof of purchase
Important — Medical Device & Hygiene Notice: Exhaly products are medical-grade anti-choking devices. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can only accept returns on items that remain completely unopened in their original sealed packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or whose packaging seal has been broken cannot be returned under any circumstances.
RETURNS INCLUDING PROMOTIONAL GIFTS
If your order included a complimentary promotional gift as part of a multi-unit promotion, the gift must be returned alongside the original item(s) for the return to be valid. Returns submitted without the accompanying gift will either not be accepted or will be subject to a deduction of the gift's retail value from the refund amount.
HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@exhaly.net. Once your request has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

ORDERS IN TRANSIT
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified while in transit. If your order has already shipped, please wait until it has been officially delivered before contacting us to initiate a return.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@exhaly.net so we can assess the situation and resolve it promptly.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products (see Medical Device & Hygiene Notice above)
- Sale or discounted items
- Gift cards
- Items returned without prior authorisation
EXCHANGES
We do not process direct exchanges. The quickest way to get the item you want is to return your original product (once approved) and place a new order separately.
UK CUSTOMERS — STATUTORY CANCELLATION RIGHTS
If you are based in the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To exercise this right, the item must be unused, unsealed, and returned with proof of purchase.
Please note: This right does not extend to products that have been unsealed after delivery where a return would be inappropriate for hygiene or health protection reasons — which applies to Exhaly devices once opened.
Refunds under this right will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods, in line with UK statutory requirements.
US CUSTOMERS
For customers in the United States, our standard 180-day return policy applies. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting your return.
REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to post the amount. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@exhaly.net.

Return Window: You have 180 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

Final Sale: Items belonging to specific collections or marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
